Employees very unenthusiastic, shakes were so thin could have used a regular straw rather than one of the jumbo. Horrible experience
Great staff, great milkshakes.
Still sitting in the drive through. One car in front of us 20 minutes. Got to the window and was informed the could not make our order. So instead we got 2 dishes of ice-cream that he then tried to say was $17.
I'm a loyal Sonic customer but this is the WORST establishment I've ever been to. No employees were ready to serve me and when they did they didn't know what they were doing. Got the wrong order. Worker's methods were VERY unsanitary and the restaurant smelled musty. If you enjoy your sanity do not come to this location please. And corporate if you're reading this it's going to be very difficult to save this one
Sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes before even asking what we needed or what we would want to order. We placed our order 15 minutes prior to arriving at the window through The app so having to wait for someone to even greet us is absolutely ridiculous. Went inside to retrieve our order and there’s water LEAKING ALL OVER FROM THE ROOF. ON TOP OF IT. THEY REFUSED TO MAKE MY FOOD BECAUSE THEY “DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE IT”
