Very long wait. Employees ignore you. Not like any other Sonic I have ever been to. Horrible service.
I liked this Sonic the best. Its set up like a regular fast food drive thru without all those car hops.
Went to sonic around 7:45 pm Aug 29, 26 the drive thru worker tried to place a $24 hold on my card to refund and re ring me up for a drink in my order that was made incorrectly. The re do would have charged my card $48 for a small meal with a temporary hold of $24 of it on my card. Then I asked her for the correct drink and if there was anything else they could do about the mix up, or if there was a manager I could speak with. I got a small oreo blast and discovered small, yellow threads also were included. Maybe someone's shirt got caught in the blender? Regardless, not something I imagine anyone would want to eat.
