For me the food I order is usually hit or miss. I stick with the slushy for days that are going to be hot. That drink can keep its iceness for hours and hours.
What in the heck is going on up here. The cashier handing food with no gloves. The manager is rude and nasty. I waited in line 30 min they forgot my order and then made it wrong and then she got an attitude. It’s against they have department rules for them to be taking food back through the window and reserving it
Horrible and rude service I waited 30 minutes to get a milkshake that was melted and then they overcharged me for the milkshake and put it outside the combo then she told me I cannot take nothing back through the window and then she asked for everything back waited 45 minutes never got my food correct do not go to Biloxi Pass Road they’re running around like a circus, not washing their hands awful I don’t even see how they got a B rating on their wall
The food is good but they take WAY TO LONG almost like a full hour,and the service isn’t bad but but isn’t good, there are a couple nice workers,but then there’s this rude lady with a strong attitude .
