MONEY STOLEN. Terrible customer service! I spent my entire lunch waiting on my order. I ordered my food 15 minutes in the app before showing up. I purchased, 4 mozzarella sticks and some tots. I patiently waited at the check in for 10 minutes only to have my order ‘complete’ and no one bring it! Yes I tipped. I went to the drive thru only to be placed on hold for 10 minutes MIND YOU there were no other cars in line or the drive in.
Look it's fast food is Sonic it's good but it's also fast food but it's good that's all I can say it's sonic
Sonic has really went downward from what they used to be. Not even that cheap! Wendy's is prolly better and you'll be more full lol.
Drive thru line is horrible waited 15 mins in line just to get to speaker then another 15 to pay for food. Then my order was wrong as Asked for a large meal was given a medium , then when i brought it to the employee attention was told they can change my DRINK to a large but i told them not to worry about after been irritated by the wait time . SWEET TEA was sour and fries were a mixture of soggy and greasy , at least the burger was right .. This is unacceptable as a franchise , needs better management
