This location should probably just stop being allowed to take mobile orders. Anytime I do a mobile order with them I'll go to the call box and tell him I'm there 20 minutes later. They still don't have my order ready and we're talking a basic order Burger tots and a drink. And once I do get my food it's cold. Waste of time and money.
This is the second time this has happened to us! Ordered a burger combo and was half way into the burger when I found a LONG HAIR throughout my burger! Saying I was disgusted is an understatement! This place is not cheap by any means, the food is way over priced and the quality is not great at all! I will NEVER come back again! I get better quality food from Burger King! This place is a joke. All I wanted to do was get a bag of ice. There were other people at the cart port that had ordered food but I was told that I had to use the drive through and wait in a long line just to get a bag of ice. All of this because the employee didn’t want to walk out a bag of ice. Wow… How ridiculous is this place?!
