Service was incredibly bad. We parked at one of the bays to order. After waiting 30 mins for our order, they claimed it was entered wrong and placed in the Drive-thru line and would be out shortly. After 20 more mins of waiting the manager wanted us to retake our order. At that point we decided to leave. Mind you, when we initially arrived, there was only 2 other cars waiting and no one in the drive thru lane. The disappointing part is we had to wait almost an hour before they even thought of fixing their mistake.
Despite being the only worker, Brandi made the best 6 milkshakes we have had at a Sonic location in a long time. It made our night since it had been a long day. Date we went ( 10-Sep-2024 Time ( 21:57:24) 🧡🧡😊😊 Thank you so much to Brandi 😊🧡🧡
