Was hungry for sonic. Pull into a stall. Figure out what I want. Hit the button. Sit there for 15 minutes before someone comes on the speaker and asks me to go thru the drive thru. Why couldn't they take my order at the stall? Why I gotta go thru the drive thru? I just wanted some food. And was met with crap service. So I went across the street to Wendy's and got some food there in a shorter amount of time than it took them to answer my order button just to tell me to go thru the drive thru. I order from the mobile app. I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes. When I arrived, I checked in they told me it would be out to me shortly. I hit the button 20 minutes later and they asked me for my name, which they didn’t do the first time, and told me it would be out shortly. I’ve already paid or I would leave. The food is nowhere near good enough to wait this long for considering I go to Texas roadhouse and get a steak ordered and brought to my table in this time. This is the reason people I want to go to sonic!

What a waste of time and money. Ordered a shake and a meal in the drive thru, I was told to pull up to the front of the building. I pulled up. I waited for 15 minutes before having to go inside to get my food only to be told. I had parked in the incorrect spot. That's why they didn't bring my food out. And also once I got my bag, all of my order was not in there. Didn't feeI like returning, the food that was in the bag was tough and overcooked. I will not be returning to this location!
