Yall need to shut this place down before someone gets sick! Don’t waste your money here! Go to the league city location! My son is sick at his stomach from drinking a Dr.Pepper from here. As a girl who worked at sonic for years as a teen. I can assure u they are not cleaning their coke machines. Never again!
Always good customer service, Zach is always very friendly and always asks about my day. Everyone else has been good also. They cook the pretzels perfect! That's all I ever get.
Ordered through the app for a designated pick up time. I arrived about 5 mins after the pick up time and checked in to a stall. It was not very busy, but waited 15 minutes with my order not showing up (burger and drink). I had to get out of my car and walk up to the service area to retrieve my order because somebody forgot. After eating the burger I got mild food poisoning to top it all off. Will not be going to this location ever again.
All I wanted was a Route 44 Cherry Limeaide....... If I hadn't paid in advance at the screen, I would have driven away. I don't care how busy you are, it shouldn't take 10+ minutes to make a drink.
