I do deliveries and went to pick up an order. It specifically says on my app we can use the patio, drive in stalls, OR the drive thru. I usually use a stall because my driver side window motor is broken and my window CAN'T roll down. So I get there and pull into a stall close to the door so they wouldn't have so far to go tbh. I push the button and tell them I'm there to pick up an order and give the name. I'm told to pull up to the drive thru window. As a delivery driver I dread getting a Sonic order at this specific location. Although the staff has always been extremely kind and professional they're way too slow. One order was for a simple route 44. I was told I had to pick up in the drive through. Slow as molasses. They had the drink sitting on the counter while several other cars ahead of me waited.
