I didn't catch the womens name who took my order or cashed me out they were the same person. She was extremely rude. She cut me off before I could oder the rest of my food. When I told her give me a second my card got stuck in my wallet she slammed the window. Her attitude was not good. As a person who works in food service, if you hate your job that much don't work there.
Went to this location 4/12/2025 with my daughter. First problem was there seemed to only be 1 "carhop" I didn't catch his name but he has 0 customer service skills. As he mumbles and doesn't speak clearly while quite obviously expressing with body language and demeanor how he doesn't wish to be there, nor does he want you there. He was quite rude, until 2 women came in, I'm which he gave his undivided attention to, then proceeded to resume his mission to not wish to be there. Love it.
This is the 3rd time I have showed up to this sonic and it is closed before the posted close time! I showed up at 8:45pm and it was completely dark, when the closing time is said to be 10pm! The times are either not up to date or these employees are leaving early!
