They are the slowest of slowest ever! There drive thru speakers barley work I’m over here screaming on the top of my lungs and u still can’t hear, when I can barley even hear them talking! U sit over 20 mins waiting for a freaking small fry and drink like it’s ridiculous seriously
Sat there with button lit up for over 10 minutes, never got told to hold on or anything. Decided to try drive thru- again no assistance from ANYONE. Drove away without any employee even acknowledging me. It isn’t hard to ask someone to hold. 5-7 cars all sat there with no help.
Sat for 10 minutes waiting to order, took 20 minutes to get the food. Horrible service
5/20/26-5 PM-Service was great, Slushies were horrible. The wait wasnt long, but the slushes had no slush, basically 90% water and no ice.
I was hoping this location would be better, but it turns out Sonic is just not the place for customer service in PCB. I placed an online order and the woman who gave me my order [no name tag, but burgundy hair and tattoos] had an attitude as if she was "above" working at Sonic (why are you working here then?) Didn't even greet me just stared at me until I took the order (with a foul look on her face, I'm assuming she was trying to be intimidating? That's what it seemed at least) then turned around and said "have a good day".... read more
