This is a very small sonic that mainly has mobile order stations than actual ordering kiosks. Spaces are definitely meant for smaller vehicles.
Why does it take 40 minutes to pick up 2 drinks via mobile order?? Every time I come here it gets slower and slower. It wasn’t even busy when I came, maybe 5 other cars. They claim they’re short staffed and that’s the reason for the delay but they have time to smoke outside. Update: finally received my drink and the berry refresher is watered down.
I have never seen a Sonic as SLOW as this one. I spent roughly 15-minutes sitting in the drive-thru line BEFORE I even could get to the speaker to order. This has happened before here - but I'm just over it. You could literally go into the Cracker Barrel and order a full meal and come back out and it would be really close to how long it would take you to get an order of cheese sticks at this Sonic. We love Sonic but like everything near miller pike knox, it's tooooo small, tooooo slow, and packed tight like sardines even at 7:30pm. In the future we are going to a different location. Everyone gets in the drive thru lane, hanging out in the middle of the parking lot so no one can back up or get around. Nice employee, but forgot the napkins! Last visit to this location!!! This part of town is hell and they keep building! Bubye!!!
