Waited for 10 minutes to even get an answer to order only to be told to wait for another 5 minutes to even take it... And 10 more minutes to just get 1 drink...
Went tonight for a $2.99 hot fudge sundae...the only one that's on the menu..they bring me out a shake cup with whip cream,she said this is a sundae,uh no it's no..then they charged m$4.49 for this thin shake they call a sundae which is not..employee was not nice nor friendly..I threw it away when I get home..I need a refund of some type, wasted money..
Sonic customer service has almost completely gone away. Skeleton crew try to manage too many things, extremely long wait times, no personal interaction, terrible experience.
