The assistant general manager was very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. I was waiting for a DD order for 15 MINUTES, then he (in all of his yuck mouth glory) slams the drive thru window in my face and tells me the order is already gone. Turns out, the order was on the shelf. Do better, Sonic. Hire more professional people and upgrade your dental benefits. And as a side note, ive never seen a restaurant that never has drink carriers. Smh
I’ve never had more issues than I do with this sonic. I work right down the road, so we order often. They really struggle with orders that have more than one thing ordered—they never seem to get an order right. Mobile order pick up takes 15+ minutes past when they say they’re ready. I had to go through the drive thru just to get it. Beyond over this location.
When I tell you this was the absolute worst Sonic experience of my life!!!! PLEASE do not come here. Service was slow. Workers had a horrible attitude and acted as if you inconvenienced them by simply existing . The girl taking my order was rude. The older lady bringing the food out was dismissive. And then the food had the nerve to be cold. Would rate zero stars if i could . Also the card readers do not work at the stalls. My card was taken into the establishment and no receipt was provided.
