Would give no stars if I could, they let someone steal my food during a door dash pick up, and then when they reassigned the order, Sonic refused to remake my food so it could get delivered. I called them 6 times to try and tell them my food was never delivered and if they could remake it, no one picked up the phone. This is incredibly unprofessional and frustrating considering the staffs incompetence led to my food being stolen. Please read the reviews of this place, the 1 stars are justified.
Drive through awesome. Food was tasty. Service was excellent.
This location has very poor service (I would use other worse words to describe it if allowed). Before today the last time I came here was two months ago, then again the month before that. Every time the service has been garbage. Those two previous times I ordered on the app, then it took 20-30 minutes to get me my order, but they got my order wrong both times. Today, I ordered via the parking stall button, the person answered then said please wait a moment. He was trying to game the wait time metrics by answering like that. ... read more
