Gave the sonics a chance again and still the same issues. Lack of customer service, poor food quality and terrible wait times to even call this fast food. Items were missing which isn't new. Teenagers laughing and providing the worst service. I read all the reviews with owner responses and still don't see any training or difference since then which leaves an empty apology or no effort to change. By far the worst location and overall restaurant in everett.

Sonics food is good. But this place was terrible at thier service, no one answered our call button to order. We moved to drive through. Even then the window lady took a while to give my change.

I would leave zero stars if I could. To start off I am not a Karen I work in food service and I am very patient and understanding. However their customer service was unacceptable. To start off they didn’t charge us to the right lane we were parked in and were sitting for 12 minutes waiting to pay. That’s fine I understand mistakes, however than we proceed to wait legitimately 40 minutes+ for our food. We finally pull up to the window and tell them. Becareful ordering through the mobile app here. They will randomly close the stall, not tell anyone or hang any signs, then when you go get your order will just mark it as delivered until you decide to ask where it is 5 minutes later then get an attitude with you because you were wondering where the food you paid for is. Terrible service.

This location is severely understaffed and under trained. Numerous times it’s taken 30 plus minutes for preordered food to come out, and at least 3 times they’ve said it was delivered then after waiting for ten minutes and checking in to make sure they hadn’t forgotten us they said they’re stalls were closed, despite the app ordering being enabled and screens at stations on. Not even the courtesy to turn the mic on and inform us to go through drive thru. Don’t go unless you have a half hour to kill before you get your order.... read more
