Placed an online order they messed up our order 4 diffrent times was there for an hour not being dramatic literally an hour. Don’t come here if u want sonic make the drive to marysville
Waited forever and then canceled the order while employees were just hanging out.
The place is horrible. I had online order and came to pick up. Employees ignored me for a long time, and then I had to wait almost forever. Employees just are having fun one of them parked personal car right at orders pickup parking spot.
The employees this Sonic have no sense of urgency. I have been here three other times now through drive-thru and I watch people at the car hops get faster service. 20 to a 25 minute wait from when I order my food in a fast food establishment something's wrong.... Watched an employee stand and talk on his phone and to other employees while I was waiting on my shake. Watched him make my shake from drive-thru took 10 minutes.
