I paid $17 for this meal, it's not even worth $2. They only have 1 server working so I waited 20+ minutes for my order, the fries were overcooked, and my cherry limeade was flat. Whoever manages this Sonic needs to do his job. From now on it's Chick-fil-A, at least they have standards, amazing quality, and consistency with their food.
Don’t matter if you order in the drive thru or pull up to the speaker. They can’t hear at all. The last few times I’ve had to literally yell my order out to them and they still got it wrong.
This is my least favorite Sonic--the worst in the area. They've not once gotten my order right. I asked them to fix something once when the Sprite was not sweet. When she brought it back it was no different that before, so I just politely said okay and took it figuring she couldn't fix it. But then, the woman actually admitted having done nothing to fix it and tried to make it seem like I was lying. Also, people living in a tent in the back bum off you while you're waiting.
