Apperantly this location chooses when they will take orders. I drove to pick up 2 bags of ice and when I got to the speaker he tells me they are only doing mobile orders. I requested more information and was ignored. I HAD TO GO TO THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW AND ASK WHAT IS GOING ON AND HE KEEPS SAYING THE SAME THING WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING MOBILE ORDERS. I originally posted a review 8 months ago giving 5 stars. This is an update. I visited this Sonic location on 7/1/26 around 2:45pm. I am a repeat customer and every single time I am always missing something. Today I was missing a free 4pc cheddar peppers. Now regardless if I paid for them or not, I did "earn" the reward so I should have received the reward. I don’t know if this Sonic got new management or what - but the past few times I’ve been there recently, all the delivery staff have been SO sweet, friendly, and polite! It did not used to be that way months ago. Great job to whoever has been doing the hiring lately, you’ve got some good kiddos on your staff!
I recently had another disappointing experience at this restaurant's drive-thru and car-hop service. I placed an order for a meal and an unsweet tea. When I arrived at the window to pay, the employee asked if I had ordered a cherry limeade, which was not part of my order. I then repeated my order and was told they did not have any unsweet tea available. This should have been communicated when I initially placed my order, not after I arrived at the payment window.
