Was a bit disappointed tonight, the sonic I usually go to is always great, I got my online order relatively fast but realized I was missing my sauces, I was told over the speaker that they’ll have it right out and after 15 minutes I had to wave down an employee. While waiting I overheard the two cars beside me both say they received the wrong order. Must’ve been understaffed today.

You know, I go here cause it’s close to work and I get the Ultimate Meat and Cheese Breakfast Burrito. And you know, it keeps getting worse and worse. There is nothing Ultimate about it. I don’t have time to complain while I’m in line but here I am. Three times in a row… guess I should know better by now. Extremely Disappointed!

So, my sister placed an online pick up order last night that included a large order of onion rings ($4.39). When we showed up and parked in the mobile pick up section, our order was quickly brought out with no mention of any issues. Before we drove away, my sister checked the bag to confirm they got the order right. She was missing the onion rings and instead they gave her a corn dog ($1.89).
