Carlos knows what he’s doing!! He understands customer service at a different level! Thank you for your service and hospitality! Total rockstar!
Ordered chicken wrap and the cream slush plus real fruit. They brought the cream slush without the fruit. I asked them twice to bring it to me. They tried to give me a small half ounce of flavor instead of the fruit. I asked for a manager. He tried straight away to argue with me instead of asking the problem or offering to make it right. I asked for my money back and returned all the food.
