WARNING: Please do not eat at this Sonic location. The new GM, who goes by “Destiny,” is extremely unprofessional and should not be managing a restaurant. Sonic Corporate needs to investigate this location immediately and review the conduct of its management. Until then, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
I ordered two burritos through the app, each with three sauce packets on the side, which the app clearly allows as a customization option. When I arrived, the staff member said he could only provide two sauce packets and refused to add any. This contradicts what the app advertises as available.
