Very run down. Food is dry. Service is stingy.
0 Star Review I placed a mobile order at this Sonic location and waited over 10 minutes with no response. I eventually drove around and noticed a male and female customer on foot at the drive-thru window, apparently trying to get their order as well.... clearly frustrated. While waiting, a man who appeared to be homeless and possibly struggling with addiction knocked on my window, upset that I wouldn’t buy him food. He was also digging through the trash nearby. Literally the WORST SONIC I've ever been to. They never came to give me my order after 20min of waiting. I tried to cancel the order but they can't even do that. So I don't get my order or a refund. Customer service here is a joke. Avoid this location. Drive a few miles to go to a different location.
