they need to pay more attention on this location. Their workers are on the phone all the time they take the order and they take forever and they are just talking not doing what they are supposed to do I know Sonic has a special passing 3 PM and I asked the lady because they don’t have any information in the drive-through and she said they don’t have any and she charged me $25 for four shakes

The drive thru wait is way too long. Must be only 2 people working at this location. People waiting inside just as bad. Hope the food is hot.
