Awful customer service and disgusting work crew, I called the location to let them know there was a piece of hair in my burger, and I got an AI on the phone. His name is Teddy, they can’t refund me but they can remake the burger. I don’t even want to get another item from this location. I never leave reviews but that guy really upset me. Like he just didn’t care.
We wanted a blended root beer float. We've ordered it many times. Server could not comprehend what we were asking for and refused us service. I can't do that for you. So we took our business elsewhere.
