45 minutes to receive not even half a cup of queso my pretzel is horrible and the drink they had to remake not only that I had to wait so I took my order. They gave me a total and I’m waiting their order. Damn, what about me? I’m hungry too. I’m thirsty too but now I got charged damn $10 but I was here before happy hour like y’all need to make it very clear. Ridiculous amount of time waiting at the drive thru. They told me to hold. Waiting for someone to take my order for almost 10 minutes. I left just left since no one ever came back. My best suggestion just go to McDonald’s it’s a block over. Way better service!!
Made mobile order and waited 15 minutes just to have to wait in line and get a cold sandwich. Don't go to this Sonic, stay away
