Ordered through the app showed up when I was supposed to. food was late and cold and poorly put together asked for a refund and was given attitude for that
Just moved to the Dallas Fort Worth area and finally tried Sonic out here. Not gonna lie, it hit the spot. Food came out fresh, fries were hot, and the drink was exactly what I needed in this Texas heat lol. Service was quick and everyone was chill and friendly. Definitely one of those spots I can see myself hitting up regularly when I need something quick. Solid experience all around and Ill definitely be back.
HORRIBLE LOCATION ...LAZY WORKERS....I went to get some lunch..To my surprise,I was asked to move,(ACTUALLY,THEY ASKED ME TO GO TO DRIVE THRU🤔🤔...WTH?🤔🤔)I asked why?... They said "WE DON'T DELIVER THAT FAR DOWN"🤔🤔...(THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE CAR HOPS?WHY ARE THE PARKING BOOTHS OPERATIONAL?....(I wanted to park in the shade,and eat my food )(I DIDN'T WANT TO SIT IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE) THIS IS THE KICKER... MY VERY FIRST TIME TO THIS LOCATION ... NOT A VERY GOOD IMPRESSION OF THIS LOCATION....
I've been going to this location for years since I live nearby and have always been a loyal Sonic customer, but this last visit was the last straw. Took forever to get our order, which was placed online. Get it home 2 minutes away and not only is the food cold, the onion rings were burnt to a crisp and one of the three burgers we ordered had NO PATTY. Subpar service They were pretty quick on getting our order out to us but the order was completely wrong. They forgot one of our burgers. The burgers for the combos were the wrong ones and they forgot to put lettuce on one when I never told them to put it out. Overall disappointing but not surprising.
