I used to visit this branch often because I love Sonic and it’s close to my home, but I’ve had enough. Most of the time the fries or tots aren’t even filled properly — sometimes it’s barely half a serving. Do they care about giving customers value, or are they just trying to cut corners? They also don’t seem to check the quality of the food. I’ve been served old or overcooked tots and fries, and the presentation is sloppy. Everyyyyytime I come here they never give me condiments, if I order french toast sticks they don’t give me the syrup, if I order a hot dog they won’t give me ketchup or mustard, if I order a pretzel they don’t give me the cheese that comes with it… if this happened once or twice no big deal but it literally happens every single time
