We pulled into a kiosk. The person came on speaker and we placed our order. The payment wouldn't go through so my husband got out and paid. We waited 30 minutes for our food. *(when we arrived there was one car. It did pick up a bit, later). I got out and asked for our food. They had forgotten about us. I had to replace the order. It took another 15 minutes. The fries were greasy and rubbery. The sandwich was edible. When they brought us our food, they tried to get us to pay again!
Read some negative comments. Don't get it. No complaints here. Best corn dogs in my local.
Went to pick up an order that I had put in through uber eats. Pull up and press the button like the directions say and the dude who gets on instantly has an attitude asking us what we wanted. We tell him we were their to pick up and order and it’s just even more attitude of “well we don’t have it” and just “you need to call customer support” with the nastiest tone in his voice he wouldn’t let us show him the order or anything. Been coming to this location for years and never had a problem. Tried to order through the app today, but it kept erroring out so I decided to just go through the drive thru. Upon entering the drive thru I got no acknowledgment and then after about 3 minutes I said “hello?” and someone came on and said “can I take your order” in a clearly aggravated tone.
