Made an online app order today and never received my food. I parked at a stall after a bit of miscommunication. They asked if I checked in but the app doesn't have a check in function, only instructions on how to park at a stall and hit the red button. The female worker asked for my name and I could hear her muttering about too many online orders...waited for half an hour and no food yet...not even an update on how much longer it would take. Ordered 2 items and there was only 2 cars in front of us and it we waited 15 minutes for our food and we always have bad experience they are always slow.
