I ordered a 4 piece cheese stick and two route 44 unsweetened teas, and was told that they didn't have unsweetened tea, and the car ahead of me ordered some type of medium sized beverage slushy and they were told that they didn't have slushy or ice available
Horrible experience. Went through drive thru and initially asked for a slushie. Machine broken. Asked for a shake. Machine broken. OK fine. Made my order and got up to window. Servers asked me to pull up to wait on food. After 2-4 minutes lady came out to ask again what my drink was. Then another 5-10minutes, again lady came out to ask what my order was. Total chaos. Ordered a Supersonic Burrito. No salsa available. Burrito didn't have any protein (egg and sausage). Absolutely uneatable. Worker said I had to contact Corporate for a refund. Save your money and go elsewhere!
waited 20 minutes in the drive through for a milkshake and mozzarella stick. there was one car in front of us. and food isn’t even fresh.
