Sitting in the drive thru for 30min while there is only one car ahead of me is diabolical. Watching 4-5 other cars pull up behind me and then leave finally prompted me to leave myself and leave this review. Losing 5-6 customers for every ONE order you take is a crazy business model. I will be telling anyone I know to avoid this location. This is also not the first time this jas happened. Every time I go through the drive thru around 11-1 afternoon this happens. Absolutely awful. 30 minute wait for 2 meals and 1 shake. You had at least 4 people behind me leave instead of order food. Will not be going back.
Been sitting here for 25 minutes already and only 1 car ahead of my!! Just wanted something to eat after work!! Never again!! Sat at the order screen 10 minutes before they ever even answered that!! I should have driven off then!!🤬🤬
*update* I take that back. Gave it another chance & the burger was in 3 pieces, cold with a week old tomato slice. Pig slop! Good burger but can y'all ever keep any employees? and...I know, advertise 2 for $7 all over the tv commercials and then tell people when they get there, it's "only on the AP". Who has an "AP" for every fast food joint out there?!? Seriously🤬
We stopped by to get a cherry limeade. We ordered through the app to get the half price drinks. We ordered the Route 44 cherry limeade. When our items were brought to us, we were told that they did not have Route 44 cups and that they were out of large lids. When we tried to address the situation, the worker walked away from us and told us she had things to do and kept walking away from us.
