Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes. Finally pulled around and there was no one in line.
The drive thru stalls to order barely fit our suv after 10 minutes of waiting in drive thru wit no line ahead of us
Placed a mobile order. When I pulled up and checked in they came to my car to ask what I had & I told them. They told me they didn’t have ice cream so they couldn’t make my shakes, I asked for a refund and they told me there was no manager on duty and they couldn’t do it… once I got home EVERYTHING was burnt and inedible. Customer Service number was no help in getting a refund either. So I guess I will have to waste more of my time coming back over here to get my money back. They're really getting that place together
I know better than to come to this location. It’s always slow and they never have anything. But I happened to be on this side of Athens today so I figured it would be the better option. I waited 22 minutes for a singular slush. I did finally speak to an employee and she was kind and got it for me. But management needs to get it together.
