This is the worst Sonic in Knoxville. Consistently long waits and excuses for poor service. I honestly don't know how it's still open.
Don't waste your $... food was old & disgusting, no condiments or napkins.
Worst fast food experience possible. Almost no cars in the park and order stalls and no cars in front of us at the drive through and we still waited 30 minutes for cold food.....COLD FOOD. This was a treat for my dad in a veterans home because he hates the "hospital food" and he almost couldn't eat it. One burger was so covered in so much mayo it was merely a pile of food when unwrapped...ice cream was good.
Went to sonic to get some dinner and there were only 2 people working orders. It took 45 minutes to an hour before we got our food and the milkshake my fiancé ordered was completely melted. The carhop who brought out the food was super sweet but was definitely overwhelmed as there was only 2 people working.
