Service always suffers at this location. If it's not the microphone it's the speaker or the service at the drive up. Just have to avoid this if your in a hurry. To bad because it's a great location .
So I am a regular.I work down the street.I go there to get lunch and maybe a sonic blast In the past 2 days I've had nothing but horrible service.I ordered a sonic blast and they had eminems in it and it was melted.I waited for the longest time and the Manager, and whoever else was working with her had an attitude and told me to never come my back because I want an extra reeses and she called me a troublemaker.and told me I wasn't getting charged for extra And the past week I had Big chunks and my shake. Only giving Sonic a 1 star because I can't give them a zero... Slowest restaurant in the history of the world and it's not just a one time thing. I honestly don't know how they manage to stay in business, the food isn't good enough to justify this. This is the last time I let my wife talk me in to getting food here. I could have went to Walmart, bought all the ingredients, drove home and cooked everything before I got my 3 items from this Sonic. Unacceptable
