Order taker kept cutting us off and having to repeat myself multipe times. Waited 15 minutes for order and got home and it wasn’t right. Called and was told they would fix it then a manager called back and said what I got was what I ordered and was charged for even though the order wasn’t correct. Lesson learned to check order before leaving

Supersonic breakfast burrito I got fit in the palm of my hand, size of a small microwave burrito and the inside was mostly the tortilla folded up on itself.
Takes them 20 minutes to bring out 1 order of mozzarella sticks and the strawberry slush barely had any strawberries. Even when I paid for extra they still don’t add any more than they normally do…
Waited over 20 mins for two drinks then finally just left, several other people left without receiving their orders and waiting a long time.
