The Lady working the drive thru this morning was rude & acted like she couldn’t hear me and when I asked about the Red Bull drinks she didn’t know what I was talking about. Lost a customer because I drove off. I don’t see how you can work for a restaurant and don’t know what’s on the menu 🙃
If someone works at a cost efficient drive up then I want them to be able to give their opinions. I'll ask for THEIR faves sometimes and I can't stand the places who won't give it to me. I work right by this location and for some reason I sit in line for about 30-45 minutes. One instance I place a mobile order, I was at the stale for 45 minutes, I had enough and went to the drive through to just get the food that I paid for, and the same man that I see all the time here brings it out with an attitude.
