Pulled in and hit the button today at around 3pm...sat 10 minutes and no response.... thought we might have been at a bad station.. backed out... tried another.... sat another 5 minutes of nothing then gave up and went somewhere else. Pathetic service and stations were well less than a third filled and drive through was steady but not insane... will not go back.
I came in to sonic tonight i order a burger it came out the cheese was not melted the burger patties were cold and the buns were not cooked. I get another brought out to me. The same thing happened to it to. I do not recommend going to this sonic.

first of all if you are asked to use the app then if items are not available you should not be charged. Secondly if I am told the food would be substituted for another item then it should be honored, I waited over 30 minutes with ice in my car melting to be ignored on the intercom and then told can not substitute or replace an item because it is 3rd party. this location will be my last time visiting and no I will not recommend they are notorious for messing up your order and for being slow, this was before the pandemic occur... read more
claiming food shortages.. won't sell you a double cheesburger bit will sell you two. that is bs and horrible customer service. part of the shortage so we can rip you off mentality. is all good Wendy's right down the road sold me doubles
most disgusting thing ever! we are waiting for our food at sonic and this worker is making a milkshake in a dirty machine.. continues to use it while it’s that dirty doesn’t have gloves on and touches the top of the cup, used a blue rag to wipe her arm after it spills all on her and then again doesn’t have gloves on grabs a open cut banana and makes the next shake for the people behind us then used the same blue rag to wipe down the machine 😖😫🤢🤮🤮 talk about unsanitary work place! and i have pictures of all of this.
No need to really comment. Wouldn’t feed this to my dog. Thanks El Dorado Kansas sonic for allowing me to throw your trash away for you guys.
Horrible customer service to a loyal customer that visits 1-2 times per day for the last 2 years. Gave me a made up reason their app ordering is disabled when all other Sonics in town are still doing it. Then wouldn't help out a loyal customer with the discount the app gives.
