Waited a long time in the drive thru to get cold kids meals. First two bags I was handed weren't even my orders. Then they took the food back and gave me what was my order.

This place is worst in the world I ask for a hamburger 🍔 with no cheese and they put cheese and we ordering it again and they have us waiting 30 minutes just for one hamburger with no cheese just until now they give hamburger again with cheese it been three time already 🤬😡but until the manger was nice came out and give the right order fixed 😊🙏the employee are no good not giving my order three time not right order but I would give the manger credit than the employees that was in duty today at 7:42 pm in grand island Nebr... read more

Waited for 30 minutes after 'checking in' on an online order, never got our order which was a plain hamburger and 2 small cokes. (which was originally shakes but machine was broke). Unfortunate because I love their shakes.

They have messed up my drink order 2x this week. I order 1 lemon berry slush early in the morning while they’re not busy and they give me strawberry without the lemon everytime. Just a bit disappointed.

Generally good service ... occasionally they seem to confuse VANILLA Dr Pepper with Cherry Dr Pepper ( today ) but overall they are good
