I did my ordering, waited for my food. Paid cash. The total was $8.10. I gave the lady $20.10 and she gave me $10 back. When I confronted her that she owed me another $2.00, she got all snobby and then mumbled about a tip as she walked away. If you were honest the first time, I would’ve tipped you. But nope. Disrespectful. Won’t be coming back to this one.
DO NOT GO HERE. Went here on a Saturday night at 11:55 and they cut the lights off on us after we had pressed the button to order. Then the girl proceeded to scream “GO THE FUCK AWAY” at us. Managers, you need to check your cameras for 11:55-12:02 on Oct 7/8 and check your headset’s attitude. This is NOT customer service. I should have known better and went to the Jacksonville Piney Green Store instead. Pathetic.
I never leave this but today there suppose to be offering 99cent large drinks and the refuse to honor this , the manager said your trying to get free stuff no I'm trying to pay for what you guys are offering me he then falsely asccused me of cursing and yelling at him

I ordered a cheeseburger and onion ring with a water to drink. I was told over the speaker my bill would be $5.66 but then was asked for over $7 when she brought me my food. They had charged me for a whole combo. When I questioned the bill she got the manager who was far from helpful. She tried to tell me she should have charged me more for the combo because I got onion rings but she didn't. ??? And I asked how much a water was she said free.
