Customer service was awful. The impression is they have more important things to do than help customers due to how they were on the intercom. Unfortunately my fiancé loves their Route 44s. Should have chose McDonalds I guess.

Sat at two different screens. First one they rang up food and said it was coming (on the screen) without ever talking to me! Both of them I sat there for about 8 minutes each. Then sat in drive thru for 5 minutes with no response. All while other vehicles pulled up, ordered and got their food!!

Ordered 2 large root beer floats, paid $10.23 and root beer was flat and maybe a 1/4 cup of ice cream per float.

Literally here now and the lady said our food was on the way out.... 5 minutes ago. That was the second time they told us that. Will update on food quality if we ever receive it.

Ordered a LARGE meal, was brought a medium meal. There were 2 other cars there. Girl brought out medium meal and I said I ordered large. She said it was her fault, she heard medium. Last I know medium was 3 syllables, not 1 like large. Not the first time they got it wrong. 8 out of 10 times, order is WRONG. Yeah, they want $15/hour....why? To piss hard-working customers off??? Cant even get the order size correct. Hell, my 7 y.o. niece knows the difference between medium and large

I had a small problem with the way something that I ordered was made. I was nice about it & they sent a very rude manager to me who then started to get ruder and ruder. She then began to cuss at us and call us names (which we did not do) & tell us that she doesn't give a "good god damn" . Way to go, Sonic.
