If it was possible to give less than 1 star I would. 20mins waiting at the drive thru window, and get my food and half of it is as cold as can be...
My 86 yr old mother inlaw and I loved Sonic! We will be back! Sure wish they would build in Nappanee, Indiana!!!!
We went this afternoon looking forward to lemon berry slushes. Imagine our disappointment when we were told you discontinued them. ☹️
I am absolutely disgusted, I brought my quarter pound coney meal home from the drive-thru and I am eating dinner with my family and I kept getting something crunchy in my mouth, I looked on the side of my bun and underneath my hotdog and see a white substance that looked and felt like plaster or egg shells. It's like they just dropped my bun on the floor and decided to serve it to me anyway. I feel absolutely sick to my stomach that a place of business would do something like this to their customers.
They need to get the boneless garlic Parmesan chicken back ! It was awesome
They got our order wrong THREE times. It wasn't good enough to go there again.
