This is the first review I have ever put on any page on Facebook but I am because I have never experienced anything like I did last night at sonic, me and my girlfriend ordered our food the food came out wrong but what was on the receipt was right, long story short they ended up sending multiple people out after I had explained what the problem was then tried to tell me it wasn't wrong when the food I had in my hand was clearly opposite of what was on my receipt, the amount of stupidity was mind blowing after them coming bac... read more
Ordered my food and it was wrong when I received it, let them know they had messed my food up and they wanted to argue with me about 2 hotdogs that were clearly wrong and not what I ordered nor what was on my receipt. Sent 3 people out to read my receipt like I was lying about what I had in front of me. They wouldn't fix the issue so I demanded my money back. We will not return.

I ordered the jumbo popcorn chicken honey bbq meal. the chicken was Not jumbo..nor much chicken! mostly hard breading! my ice tea was mostly ice... very disappointed!

Very slow service We got food that wasn’t even ours They acted like it was our fault that they got the order wrong this is the only sonic that I’ve ever been and it was this bad I will never go to that one again
Not sure why EVERY TIME that I ask for light ice in my pop, it is never light ice. It's typically about a 1/3 of a cup after finishing my drink, which means you guys are probably filling it half full after settling and melting. If your larges weren't 99 cents, I'd probably be more irritated, but when I was paying $2 and change before for 12-16 ounces, completely ridiculous.
