Every time I go to this location there is a problem. They don't have ice cream, they screw up the whole order, one time i even had a woman working just try to keep my change and had to argue with her to get it back. Tonight they were out of most cup sizes. They really need to get organized here
Horrible, 15 min wait for 2 shakes and I go in to ask for them and everyone is running around like crazy and one of the girls sitting on the counter. This is the prime example of horrible 0 stars service at a "fast" food restaurant. Never coming here again and suggesting to all of my friends to never go there the like was like 6 cars all waitting for 15 mins in drive through with not cars parked in the pull up. This Sonic has the worse employees. Reason being, they can't seem to answer their orders in a timely manner. Several times I have gone here and pushed the button to order and after 15 min, still no response. Also one of their male employees wears his pants down past his butt while he is serving customers. If you are in customer service, you should be considerate to the people paying your salary. I am done w/Sonic at this location and the one on Sheridan & 64th. Same service problem.

Left without even paying... the drive thru guy charged me for 2 bottled waters that I didn't order. When I got to the window I asked him to remove them and give me two glasses of water instead. He then told me that he has to charge me the full $16.48 and within 24 hrs they would refund me the difference. Confused sense he hadn't swiped my card yet, I asked why we couldn't just ring up the correct order and charge me to correct price... he then told me my total was.... wait for it.... $16.48 minus $3.27.... huh??? Waited about 30 minutes (when there was hardly anyone there) for your carhop to bring out an order which wasn't anywhere close to what I ordered, and while he was turning around to take the wrong order back, he spilled a drink on the side of my car. He said sorry then walked away and didn't offer to get napkins or anything. Then I waited for another 20 minutes for them to bring my order which was cold and the slushes and shake were mostly melted.
