Waited in line for 10 mins with NO ONE in front of me, got home and found that my deluxe chicken "sandwich" was just a single tender on a crumpled up bun.
Takes forever every time I go (we're talking 10-15 to even get your order taken, another 10-15 to get said order). Also a few months ago, an employee clearly had their child inside with them which I would think is a health code and safety violation. Plus my order came out wrong (maybe if they weren't busy trying to work and babysit at the same time?). I'm done attempting to get anything from this location and I recommend the same, especially if you are under a time crunch.
Worst service! Took forever to get our order. Then when we got it, one burrito was messed up and missing part of the tortilla. The other one was completely wrong from what we ordered. We've been waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes now to get a refund and there is only one car in front of us.
Horrible service. Took them a few minutes to just get my order of 3 limeades in and waited close to 15 or more minutes for them to be brought to me. They aren't busy at all. Maybe 3 cars including me. It's ridiculous that it takes this long
Last night we went to order milkshakes and they told us they didn't have mudium or large just small cups. So we had no choice so we just got small they really need to fix that.
Stay away from here. Still waiting for my food after 30 min.
Shitty service the food was shit I will never eat there again.
9:30am and Sonic is not open... im assuming someone didnt show up to open.
