The store manager Kenneth is extremely rude. I ordered 3 drinks and then when I asked for my third he acted like I was really putting him out. And said He was going to have to charge me more. (Obviously)! I said that was fine and paid for another drink. He was still being very rude to me and I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. Waited over half an hour to order because nobody would answer the drive through. Then told us our window wasn’t down which clearly it was. Awful service. We had to fight him just to be able to order at the window when it wasn’t even our fault
I love the onion rings and the new cake batter milk shakes! PLEASE keep those shakes on your menu!!!!!!!!!!
we ordered one foot long chili cheese dog and one beef contact chili cheese dog, 2 cokes. we received 2 foot long chili cheese dogs, which are not beef, and one coke. attempted to pay using the card option however that didn't work either. I will not recommend this particular Sonic to anyone.
They have no idea what they are doing here. I tried ordering a number 1 combo large size. Was told they can only do medium. No such thing as large combo. I asked the not so bright person on the other side why their menu says right on it where the combos are listed make it a large for .59 cents. He said it's not there and can only do medium. I asked him again why it says I can do large combo on the menu his only answer was there's no button for it I'll try nope only medium. I left and wont be going back to this sonic. You know when you go to a restaurant and you like things that they have then you go to another one and try the same thing and it’s gross. This is the gross one! Thanks for messing up Sonics for me!
This sonic actually used to be good, and had good people working there. Now the food is cold or completely wrong, or completely gross.done with this sonic!
