I'm a Door-dasher in Graham area. Honestly I hoped it wouldn't come to this, but here we are. I have had one person ruin my experience multiple times at this location. She has been rude, nasty, smelled like marijuana, and cursed at myself and others in my vehicle when I came to the Graham Sonic. I used to love to come to Sonic, but now I've had to report this woman to corporate on multiple occasions because of her cussing me out and stumbling outside. I used the mobile app for my order to use my rewards and ordered some cheddar peppers , fries and some drinks. It took about 10 mins longer than app said and once I got my order the car hop didn’t tell me anything. He just gave me my order & said have a good one. I thankfully checked the bag before leaving to notice I’m missing part of my order. I then waited outside the doors at sonic to be told , the reason you didn’t get cheddar peppers is because we are out of them. She then asked if I want anything else in its place.... read more
Never going back!
Waiting for over 10 minutes for someone to answer us for us to place our order. Someone came on and said give us a minute. Then Someone pulled up beside us and their order got taken within 5 minutes.
Drinks taste like pure lake water. They need to get a filter.
Always satisfied
My fish was over fried and my sugar free cherry lemonade tasted horrible. My biggest complain is while we were waiting at our both there beggars knocking on our car windows asking for food or money.
I will never eat here again they are always messing up my orders this is crazy I've called over 20 time was told to hold on call back or hung up on even a manager Sandra said your gonna have to call back after 5 so next shift manager can help help you smh why you even a manager if you can't help me
I ordered a sonic cheeseburger add bacon. The bacon was burnt and had about 8 or 9 little bits of bacon
