Got our order and the tater tots and fries tasted stale and absolutely no condiments!! Did not even ask or consider thinking of asking!!
Hated it!!! Hated it!!!! Hated it!!! Won't go back waiting for In and out! Sonic is gross food, 3 bad trips to Sonic promised coupons that we didn't recieve!!! 8 months ago really??

Horrible consistently bad and extremely slow service. Possibly the worst fast food service in grants pass. I'm always like surely this time they'll get my order correct but I'm always wrong. I think the requirement to be hired in the drive through is to be slow and horribly bad at customer service. From now on I promise not to waste a single dollar on this place again.

They lost our order not once, but twice. Took over 45 minutes to get our shake's... but they said they were sorry with a smile!

This place is a joke. Ordered a #1 with no ketchup, no mustard, add bacon. Essentially a standard bacon cheeseburger. I got a bacon chicken strip sandwich. Went through again to have them fix my order and they gave me a kids burger. What the hell. Train your people better. Waste of time and money. Will not be back.

I've never had cold stale grease tasting tater tots like I did right now. Well at least one tater tot cause I'm not about to eat the rest and that sucks cause I was really hungry and craving them so bad.i also asked for no lettuce, tomato or onion and it's all on there...Freaking ugh!!!

Was disappointed in the meal I purchased tonight. Cheeseburgers were lukewarm and onion rings were falling apart, fried coating falling off. Usually have a great meal but tonight it was pathetic. What happened, Sonic?
