Went to sonic to just get a drink maybe three cars there and it took 10 minutes to get my drink
I ordered a #7 30 minutes ago. Service is absolutely horrible here.
Took 20 mins to get 2 drink when there was very few cars present, wont go back again
ever since they built new sonic they cant get orders right and today was last straw for me, carhop came out in her pajamas
I love my local Sonic!!
Terrible food, worse service. food was old and had been under heat lamp forever, called and complained.told to come back and get free meal.went to get free meal and they made order wrong according to menu, gave wrong sides, meat on burger was cold and had been burnt. Two chances and they still got it wrong. If anything, service and quality of food has gone down since the new store opened. Suggest you eat elsewhere!!!
