The drive thru doesn’t work and neither do half the stalls. Finally found one and waited 5 min after pushing the button and got no response. Get it together or close down!!
Very frustrated with Sonic in El Dorado. After sitting in the drive through for ten minutes, after being told at a stall that it was drive through only, was told that they had already taken their last order for the night at 9 pm when their website says that they are open until 10. Will not be going there again!
Went to get a limeade today and the drive though was out of order. Most of the stalls were out of order. Tried multiple stalls that were supposedly open and was ignored at all three I tried. It's like they're trying to drive customers away.
I just sat sonic for an hour to not even get our food and for them to say they can’t find our order. To tell us we will get a refund to just go back on their word and not give us our food for an additional 20 minutes. This sonic frustrates me 🙄

Very irritated with customer service. Ian says he gave back my change but never did and was completely rude about it! Won’t get my business any more

8/10 they get the order wrong. How hard is it to put a soft drink into a cup? Can’t even do that right. Wrong drink order almost every time. Ordered two drinks. One regular large coke And a large coke with vanilla and cherry flavor and lime slice. Got two large abominations of undrinkable cups. Tastes like they squirted large amounts of lime flavor into both and no cherry or vanilla in either. Do they even read what goes into the orders.
