Got some burgers the other night and they were ICE cold. So were the fries. I called and talked to the manager and he was completely rude and said there was nothing he could do about it even though I told him I had receipts. As a matter of fact the past 3 or 4 times I've been there my food has been cold and with no help from local management I was forced to call corporate and will be contacting the health department first thing tomorrow. First of all.. intercom didn't work. They sent a girl who screwed up our order. Then after the "corrected" it.. they still made us pay the difference. Never again.
This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE Sonic here in Las Cruces. Food is always fresh and delicious and drinks are always made right (ie. There's always a cherry in my cherry limeaid), and friendly employees. I will drive out of my way just to go to this one! <3
