I always visit, and there is a gentleman in the drive thru named Michael that is always so welcoming. Kudos to a guy that brings it to the next level with his customer service. mask, gloves and all!
This is the worst sonic in Las Cruces. used the app for a mini blast. asked for asap and ended up having to wait 20 minutes. other cars pulled up and 5 minutes later saw them bring their food out. They tried making it my fault saying I had to log in the stall but I was logged in. I had to go through the drive through and asked for a refund but they refused saying it was against their terms but read the terms and it says refunds take 2 weeks. not good. the quality suffers greatly from the rush in time to slap the food together. they did not even know how to make their own cream slush and the buns on my burger were literally ice cold. terrible food and less than half mixed ice creams.
Best ice and a great place to pick up a Dr. Pepper and Coke. Kids love the Wacky Packs. Go Sonic Drive In.
This is the only sonic I'll go to. I always have bad service with other locations but the employees here are great! Not to mention the quality of food and beverages, especially customized ones, are good.
For some reason they felt it necessary to collect my money on a $30 order before they'd make my food... the other day I purchased $40 worth of food and nobody felt the need to collect my money first. AND my order was wrong.
My boss and I stopped by for breakfast yesterday morning... Food was horrible! :( very fast put together and down right gross! I called and talked to a manager and she was rude! I mean rude as hell! Made me feel if I was lying to her! Told me to leave work and take my food back to her so she could see! Wow!! Smh. I will never be eating at this sonic! New Management needs to be considered at this location!!
