when they first opened service was great. now they are slow, took 32 minutes to get order that was cold and melted shake. if I had to guess, there's a new manger now
Terrible!!! We ordered on the app, waiting about 40 minutes once at the location, and then they said they were waiting on a chicken sandwich to get done but all the food was cold and ice in drinks melted. The poor food runner was doing everything she could to help people that were extremely not happy with the slow service for terrible food.

No service. I pushed the button. Waited 10 minutes….. and nothing! No service, noAcknowledgement that I was even there to purchase food. Poor service and I will not waste my time here again!
NO SLUSH AGAIN! I give up my “treat” with my grandson anymore. They have no drive-in service with no signs or indication that they are drive thru only. Only to wait in the line to find out the slushy machine is down again. I give up

Just wasted an HOUR over 5 slushes and 1 corn dog. I can't believe I came back to this nasty place after the last bad experience here which also cost me time and money. No worries I will not be back. Y'all really need some sonic? go to the one off medgar evers, they always do a great job.
ok, so....last couple times I went there they either forgot to check thier drive thru or are understaffed....but if thats the case...get on the mic and acknowledge the person waiting so they're not feeling ignored...Today I called the store from the drive thru and asked if they're servicing the drive thru because the guy at the front of the line had been there at least 15 minutes waiting to even be talked to...3 others drove off mad...I was locked in between cars so i had to … See more
Waited 20min after they said food coming out to your car .. I order a pretty large amount of food and they only gave me 2 dipping sauces like ? For real ? Also don’t bother asking for more napkins they will only give maybe 3 at best …But overall food is good though… love sonic for the( food )
