Took 24 minutes to get 2 sweet teas. When they arrived, there was hardly any ice. They were probably made 23 min before bringing them to us. The girl was nice. But it doesn’t excuse that long for 2 drinks with no food. We will not be returning.
I placed an order on the Sonic App at about 10:30pm. The restaurant is supposed to be open until 12:00am. When I arrived and checked in an employee asked if he could refund my money because he was tired and wanted to go home. This is the second time this has happened
This is my BLT sandwich for lunch. I called because it is not what is advertised. They offered to redo the sandwich if I brought it back. Sorry but don’t have time to do that. Pitiful excuse for a sandwich.
This place is the worst sonic I have ever been to. You either wait for 30 minutes to get your order just to have it be wrong or you get it quickly and it’s still wrong. Either way don’t expect to get what you ordered. Tots always come out cold. I got a bacon burrito with one half strip of bacon and about five cold eggs wrapped in a cold tortilla. You didn’t even get my cherry limade right. It’s just a cup or red syrup. Get it together or close up people.
we ordered 4 drinks. waited 20 minutes for then 2 of them were nasty. they said sorry, we will replace. have now been waiting 22 minutes and still no drinks
Large frito pie. Hardly any chili or cheese. Almost $5 for this trash.

it takes 30 minutes or longer to get an order on top of waiting 10 minutes just to order. Food was cold and the ice was almost melted in our drinks, my shake was almost melted. I do not recommend this sonic. you will have a better meal off the side of the road.
They have absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered 3 breakfast wraps and asked for mild sauce- got ONE! When the guy with glasses came out and we asked for a couple more he rolled his eyes, walked off, and never brought us anything. Won’t be back period!
