Waited 25 minutes for 3 shakes did you guys have to Milk The Cow
Drive thru takes forever and my orders are either wrong or not complete.
The drive thru speaker stinks you can't hear the order taker. The manager and owner have been informed and nothing gets done.
Worked here for 2 years of my life and trust me the people that work here try there hardest to get through the days no matter what ��
Ordered two teas . After repeating my self 3x's . And not having my order repeated back to me. I pulled forward and waited 20 min for two drinks to be told they're out of tea .... then told it's my fault...... horrible Customer service. Poor skills . 3/21/16 10:23pm
Worst Sonic I have ever bought from. Terrible quality control. Food is usually burned or just flat out wrong. Plan on making 2 trips to this location if you go, because you will be returning for the right food or properly cooked food. No problems with the North store, so not sure if it staff or management or both that drive this store into the ground.
I ordered #2 no onions and got my sandwich loaded with onions and this after I waited 15 min . When I go back they give me a coupon for a single burger and a drink. This wasn't even half of what my original order that they screwed up. Worst sonic service I've ever had.
Please fix your credit card readers and ordering speakers. Nearly every one is broken. Car hops have had to come out and take my order with pen and paper. Frustrating, inefficient, and these shortcuts make me question the quality and cleanliness on the inside.
