Placed an order thru the app. Checked in, employees standing around. They looked out at the cars, turned the lights off, and then they all left! At 2:10! Without saying anything to anyone. This has happened twice now, refund NOT issued the first time after calling three times! Probably won't get one this time either. You suck!!

I really don’t understand how this restaurant is still open. I understand that places can’t get sufficient staff but this place is terrible. Placed Grubhub order at 8:45pm and my order wasn’t delivered until 10:10pm. Missing items, terrible watermelon ice cream slush and popcorn chicken was crumbs only 3-4 decent bites. The drive thru doesn’t work and neither do half the stalls. Finally found one and waited 5 min after pushing the button and got no response. Get it together or close down!!
First time trying it today and what a disappointment. Everything was wrong. I ordered 3 burgers without pickles and all of them had it. And then the burgers were cold. They were so cold the cheese didn’t even melt. The bread was basically taken out of the fridge and given to me. Gave us strawberry lemonade instead of cherry. No more tray at window no more roller skating servers food was bad and shake was the only thing good a lot of homeless folks digging in the trash not the same Sonic we were so disappointed we drive 30 miles because it use to be great sooo sadwhat a difference 5 years makes
Very frustrated with Sonic in El Dorado. After sitting in the drive through for ten minutes, after being told at a stall that it was drive through only, was told that they had already taken their last order for the night at 9 pm when their website says that they are open until 10. Will not be going there again!
Went to get a limeade today and the drive though was out of order. Most of the stalls were out of order. Tried multiple stalls that were supposedly open and was ignored at all three I tried. It's like they're trying to drive customers away.
5 Stars all around .. super friendly and always so sweet … special thank you to Peyton always so sweet and assistant manager Justin he is super sweet and very compassionate about there customers … I recommend this place 100%
