Yo Yo taking orders. Has no idea what he is doing. Paid for fish sandwich with cheese lettuce and tomatoes. Was told they can't put tomatoes on fish sandwich! My sandwich...got home, fish, bread and lettuce. The way he wanted it! I called and the self proclaimed manager wanted to know how she could make the situation good. Do your friking job! Manage the restaurant ! Don't walk away from this place run!!
If I wanted a cold burger I would have made a damn sandwich at home!!! This sonic is trash!!!!
If possible, i would have rated a bug fat ZERO. THEY Rarely get our drinks right and to top it off, charges double what my normal sonic charges for WATER! I could have gotten a coke for the same price they were wanting to charge for water. That's ridiculous. So i pull into the one on garth and paid less.
Giving a 2 is because im being nice. My whole order was horrible! Mayo on both #3's when one on the ticket says add Mustard. The bacon was so hard a burnt. And then the #11 the gravy was thrown in there or they used the cup to spoon the gravy out. And had to have the girl taking the order redo it three different times! Come on Get it together.
