They could stop over cooking the food. Two weeks ago I got a steak sandwich that the steak was so burnt it was crisp. Tonight I stopped in got a corn dog it look like it was 3 days old. They need better management. They see the food they are serving and know its trash.

we went for 1/2 price shakes tonight. they got 3 out of 4 wrong.. we ordered sm strawberry, sm strawberry banana, med strawberry banana and a med oreo yellow cake batter. we got 3 sm strawberry banana and one regular oreo. they fixed the one sm strawberry banana that was supposed to be a med. thye didnt even offer to fix the sm strawberry banana that was supposed to be just strawberry. and they didn'teven bother telling us that they no longer have the oreo yellow cake batter. i guess they just thought we wouldnt notice. . an... read more
went to SONIC tonight and all of our food went into the trash! HORRIBLE!!!!!
Drive to Dayton Sonic! Chicken here is always burnt, cheese sticks not cooked long enough. Tastes like they use old oil.

Every time we get Chedd’r peppers or mozzarella sticks, they’re always undercooked and soggy.
Dont order a burger, the buns are always stale or toasted too long. Today and employee was smoking a cigarette at eating area out front. I pulled up to order and my truck was filled with cigarette smoke. Nasty....
Food is always either burnt or cold. The only thing they have going for them is the drinks..
