I order a cherry vanilla cream coconut dr pepper. When I got to the windows I asked to make sure I have real cherries the lady informed me I got cherry syrup! Who goes to sonic for cherry cherry syrup I told her I wanted real cherries and she told me $1.79. I said no to the cherries but she had an attitude from the beginning I guess I interrupted her phone time or gossiping time because I was the only one there. Never again
Just experienced the rudest customer service on 6/9/29 at 9:30pm that I think I’ve ever experienced. I never leave reviews but this one is worth posting. We pull up to a spot where the screen is on and appears functional. We have a large vehicle and it took a minute to fit in the spot. Once we get in, a car hop comes out and says it’s broken so we move to another spot on the other side of the aisle. What makes a fast food experience bad? When you order it at the kiosk and wait a really long time, or when the ice cream machine never works? Really though, How about shutting down for weeks and claiming that they are online order pickup only for some reason, so you use your phone to order online at their kiosks to pick it up. This place has a problem every time and it just seems like they want to make your day a bad day.
