Worse customer service ever. Why put a rude ass employee on the mic taking orders in a window taking money? Stupid on management part!
I always have "special" orders. I can remember only 1 time in 20 years that Sonic has NOT gotten the order right.

Terrible service. They couldn't take our order correctly so we gave up and went two doors down to Burger King. Almost was hit by one of Sonic's employees as we left because she was speeding thru the lot in her car with the music up
Had a terrible experience tonight at Sonic on Halls Ferry rd in Vicksburg. The manager of all people was rude and cursing so loud we could hear him outside through the drive threw and to make matters worse hamburger was ice cold and chicken on my sandwich was so tough couldn't bite into sand which. AWFUL!!!!!! Called the other sonic in Vicksburg to get corp # and she says she don't know it. REALLY!!!!!!

I do not know whats going on these past few months but things are really going down hill for the Sonic's on Halls Ferry. Back in like March everything was great, even had a wonderful manager, but the Past few months everything has changed the milkshakes are horrible, the night shift acts like small children.
