Talk about awful! Just got my food that took almost 30 mins to get! Didn’t know boneless chicken, chili cheese tots and an Oreo blast took so long when only 3 other cars there who got there after I did! So finally get food no napkins, no fork to eat with, chili all over wrapper, my extra sauces I asked for no lids on them and couldn’t even put it in a bag! Attempted to place my order through drive thru waited 10 minutes pulled over to place my order at the parking lot board again no answer. However watched cars behind me move up, finally someone comes out to tell me that are out of most of everything, after replacing a new order they over charged by $5.. This establishment is unprofessional, unorganized, and just lost out on my business.

Sat for 5 min in the drive thru no one to take my order so I left, both Sonics in Vicksburg suck & need either new management or close down .
I stopped eating here 7 years ago do to poor service and the food had gotten bad. On a whim we thought we would give them another chance. $12.00 for 2 sonic blast only to get it home 7 minutes later to find out you have half a cup of melted ice cream under half of a cup of whipped cream. I'm amazed this place is still in business.
I have never experienced suck awful service! Tried to order the #12 (boneless wings) and the order taker swore it was the chicken strip dinner when clearly the menu has it as #12... she argued back and forth. We left... I told her she needed to come look at the menu. Ridiculous!

How come there is not an option to give a tip when we pay by card at the car? You pay your carhops less than minimum wage and expect them to get tips but don't offer a way for us to do it if we don't carry cash. This says to me you don't care if they get tips or not. For a place that puts bible scripture on receipts I would expect you to care about who works for you.
Every order is like brain surgery. The employees don't understand an order in English, the order has been wrong 80%of the time, and the worst wait times out of any Sonic I have ever been to.
