Yesterday my experience was great, and da food was amazing.
Ordered ice cream and it took over 20 minutes to come out and the employees never came tell us what was taking so long, I had to ask them.....the service has gone downhill
Was sooooo excited to order you guys chicken club today until i came home to this... An undercooked chicken patty, one tiny end of a tomato, and no bacon? Not to mention they forgot my sons fries, my husbands ranch dressing, AND on top of everything else i ASKED FOR AND PAID* FOR extra strawberries in my slush and didnt have one! Sonic in laplace you suck, and you owe me some money
Stopped in for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised by the great service received. Food was hot, our order correct and Armani was so pleasant. Spoke with the manager Skye who was really nice as well. Looking forward to a repeat visit.
Service is almost always POOR..the workers are rude and the food is cold
The card machine is always down unless you have cash you don't get to make an order. Service is horrible to even ask what's the deal they send a big pregnant girl out there. Seriously place needs to shut down with all the issues they have plus the constant hang arounds your almost scared to go past a certain time.
