Honestly awful. First they claimed they didn’t have my order, then they messed it up. This place is terrible during the day. The evening shift workers are much better.

RecommendedSonic has the best shakes ever. My personal favorite is the S’mores Shake , i could eat it every day if i could.
my husband was there for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to respond to the red button push. Finally, someone answered. he gave his complete order and was told, "I'm sorry we are now closed". I love Sonic, but this location has drastically dropped in customer service. we will not be back until done major changes can be made.
I've been sitting here 15 minutes a have yet to place my order! " Red button activated. We'll be with you soon"...yea ok! HEY IM DOWN HERE IN STALL #7 🙋🏾♀️...CAN I GET SOME SERVICE?🤷🏾♀️ After 20 minutes I switched stalls now I'm at stall #12...order was taken instantly. But she entered my order in wrong 3 times before she corrected it. Now let's see how long this takes. 7 minutes....smh
Poor service unfortunately.....staff very disconnected and not wanting to do the basic necessities of their job description. Staff would rather be on their phones and purposely ignoring orders and multiple customers waiting to order.
they never use the buns they show in their advertising. Always out of things.
Website says they open at 7. I drove miles out of my way to get here. It’s 10 AM. The woman inside rudely tells me they are closed. I also noticed “out of order” signs on half the machines.
After waiting for 45 minutes for two ice creams and a slushee, we finally just had to leave. Asked them to check on our order multiple times. Watched a dozen people come and go while waiting. If I could give zero stars, I would have.
