What part of NO MAYO, ADD MUSTARD does the University Parkway Sonic not seem to understand. I repeat the order when giving it, it is repeated to me, my ticket is correct, yet the order is still prepared INCORRECTLY. Three times in a row this has happened with me. The cooks need to actually READ the ticket and prepare the food correctly. Always seems to happen at this location.
I think the people work very hard at what they do. I think people should pūt themselves in their shoes and see what īrs like to do their job. Thank you carhops and kitchen for all yall do. Have a great day . Andrew rollins out
In the last few weeks big changes, morning drink cutoff for 1.00 was 11:00 now 10:00, half price on Tuesday after 5:00 no more, Happy Hour use to be if you were in line at 4:00 today as was told order has to be turned in at 4:00. Big changes it short time period.
3 times I've tried to give the benefit of the doubt and try try again. This is it for me they have shown time and time again they care nothing for customer service and better yet when called on it they don't even care to do anything about it. So much for our daily trips to sonic.
YALL need to get it together! One day card machines are down, next day drink machine down and next day ice cream machine down! THATS RIDICULOUS!!!!
